Canyon Run Ranch has a very nice bottom ground area with wet weather Deer Run Creek meandering through it. It always has nice pools of water providing plenty of water along with the two ponds for the game. This bottom area has great soil and lots of open areas that have been cleared for food plots and shooting lanes.
The high ground is nicely wooded and provides a very safe and secure habitat for the deer population that call Canyon Run Ranch their home. This is where the big ones hide out when they aren't making the food plot and feeder rounds in the bottom area.
This property is OFF GRID (no electric or water). The sleeping cabin is a 14x30 Davis Mfd Bldg that is fully insulated. It has a sleeping/storage loft on each end. One enclosed bedroom and one enclosed storage room. It is basically a storage building used for sleeping and gear storage. These Davis buildings offer a fantastic base to create a very nice rodent proof cabin. Outside you'll find a charcoal/wood cooking grill, picnic table and nice deck off the back, overlooking the beautiful pond below.
There are two nice ponds that are 15' or so deep and are stocked with fish for the anglers in the family. The pond below the cabin has a nice run off waterfall that will flow for days after a nice rain. (see pictures).
The 30x30 steeling building does need some TLC. It is a good solid building with good roof, side walls and the overhead door needs repaired or replaced. It has a good concrete floor and would make an excellent building for your ATVs and other toys.
