provides the most amazing variety of hunting in a single place that I have ever seen. It not only produces trophy white tailed deer and gigantic Eastern wild turkey, it is a mecca for ducks and geese. It is located in the migration route for waterfowl headed south. This amazing place is the most naturally prolific hunting ranch that I personally have ever seen. It is absolutely amazing to see the variety of game that abound on this awesome place! It is absolutely stunning.
This hunter's dream come true is being sold nearly turn key. Just bring your sporting weapons and personal items and start hunting. There are approximately half dozen hunting stations already carved out of the wilderness. Each station has food feeders, mineral feeders, blinds and food plots already established and all are next to watering holes. There is an extensive array of side by side trails that interconnect the whole place. When you're not hunting, 4wheeling is a hoot! The present owners have developed this gem over the years with fantastic shooting lanes since they are mostly archery enthusiasts.
They have built a nice 36' x 48' steel building with a kitchen/bath/living/sleeping quarters set up just awaiting your arrival. There is a 15'x 48' lean-to shed off the side to store tractors, mowers and other equipment. The barn also has a concrete floor storage area with 2 overhead folding doors to provide a more secure storage area.
There is, as mentioned earlier, 1.5 miles of the Clear Boggy Creek/River that creates the southern and western borders of this oasis, 12 ponds and part of Twin Lakes that all offer up some fabulous fishing if there are any anglers in the bunch. Clear Boggy is a fantastic fishing creek/river that is 132 miles long and flows water continually all year long.
There is an abundance of fur bearing animals too...squirrel, beaver, otter, rabbits (including swamp rabbits), fox and bobcat. You name it and it's probably here!
Unfortunately, or fortunately, whichever way you look at it, there seems to be an abundance of wild hogs. The current owners enjoy honing their shooting skills in the off season since they can harvest hogs 365 days a year. Did I mention dove? They are here too!
There is an old historic log cabin that has been partially restored and renovated. It is a fabulous piece of history that some new owner should find worth of restoration. The current owners are not utilizing it now but the potential is very intriguing.
The current owners have placed this wonderful game ranch in a Conservation Easement Wetlands Reserve Program to preserve the integrity of the game habitat and ensure that this place will forever be one of the absolute best hunting ranches in the State of Oklahoma. And it is only 2 hours from downtown OKC.
This place definitely qualifies as a "Hunters' Paradise". Every time I'm on the place, I think I've died and gone to heaven!
