KTRAIL 640 ACRES w/LEGAL ACCESS
This fabulous 640 Acres is a hunter's mecca! It is located in the Kiamichi Mountains on the famous KTrail in Pushmataha County, Oklahoma. This area is one of the top white tail deer, turkey and black bear hunting areas on the state.
This mecca is about as close to wilderness as it gets nowadays! KTrail is a county road, although due to the seclusion and lack of traffic, it is read more
not maintained by the county. The good news is that it provides legal access to this wonderful place. No one can ever put up a gate and lock you out of your own property! KTrail starts south of Clayton, OK and goes down the back bone of the Kiamichi Mountains all the way into Arkansas. There are breathtaking views everyone you look on and from the property. This KTrail 640 is one mile square, a whole section! There are over 4 miles of primitive dirt roads and trails on this fabulous place and plenty of room to blaze many new trails. Most trails are suitable for ATV, 4-wheelers, etc. The wonderful little Long Creek runs east to west through the bottom half of the property and flows water 365 days a year. It is considered a "live creek". There will always be plenty of water for your wildlife and horses. The valley created by Long Creek is stunning to say the least. As I have mentioned, this is wilderness area, no electric or rural water line or other amenities at this time. You'll definitely want to drive to it in your 4-wheel drive vehicle, it is not for the faint of heart!
There are many sites for an off-grid cabin or home. Although this awesome piece of earth is in the Kiamichi Mountains, it is very navigable on an ATV, 4-wheel drive, horseback or shank's mare (on foot!) There are not a lot of extremely steep cliffs on this one.
Very rarely does a spectacular section of ground like this come on the open market. It is a bargain at $1500 per acre, for a total of $960,000 for a square mile. I do not believe that this place will be on the market long before it has a happy new owner. Bring your hiking boots or ride around the place with me on my Polaris Ranger Crew. I have room for the whole family, 6 seats and room in the bed! Be sure to give Chuck Clark a call at 580-380-7093 for your personal tour, you'll be glad you did!
