The Little River Bottom with Island on 50 acres

This is a really unique Little River property. The river frontage is absolutely beautiful. We call it the river bottom when you are dealing with a major river and the Little River is a major river in this area. One always has to be aware of the 100-year floodplain, thankfully only approximately 20 acres along the Little River is in the 100-year flood plain so you don’t have to worry about the whole thing flooding, as on many riverfront properties!
