Joslin Ridge Ranch is only approximately 2 hours & 45 minutes from the center of Dallas, Texas. It is 2 hours & 50 minutes from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 2 hours & 40 minutes from Tulsa, Oklahoma and only 18 miles Northeast of Antlers, Oklahoma, “Deer Capital of Oklahoma.” It is incredible the number of whitetail deer that you’ll see while driving through this exciting ranch. Twenty to twenty-five years ago most of this place was mostly cleared pastureland & scattered woods. Now it is mostly wooded with small, scattered meadows for browsing, grazing and food plots. There are plenty of trails throughout this beautiful ranch to provide access to all parts of it for your 4-wheeler or ATV. At this stage you could affordably reclaim the pasture with a brush mower and mulcher to create fantastic pasture or you can just let it transition back to woods, whichever you desire. Caney Creek runs North to South through the West half of this amazing deer mecca! It is mostly a wet weather creek but does have some seeps and springs along its course that provides water year-round. There are two old shale pits where the owner once excavated shale for road building material.
