I was raised on my family cow calf operation in south Texas. My ancestor moved into the area in the 1860’s. The original heir was killed by Indians in 1864 while fighting them to keep the Comanches from stealing horses. My grandfather along with his father started putting the family ranch together. As a little kid I just hated going to school because I knew I was missing out on the cattle work. So, my love for land, along with good cows that raise a quality calf, has been instilled in me from day one.
I really enjoy discussing what it takes to make a ranch profitable. Running a cattle ranch takes patience, knowledge and the grit to hang on one more year (it will be better next year). I am always happy to talk about the possibilities of old and new ways to promote grass growth. My background gives me the experience to help you find your Oklahoma ranch land. So please give me a call and let’s talk land.
