As you'll see from the photos, the flooring in the large living, dining and kitchen areas is solid oak and the ceilings in these areas are wood too.  The oak entertainment center stays with the house.  It isn't attached so it can be moved or split up into three separate pieces.

Just outside and south of the 60x80 workhop/barn is a full RV hook-up with electric, water and a septic tank.  The RV in the photos will be moved prior to closing and does not stay with the property.  Away from the home to the east is a full mobile home hook-up with a separate septic tank.  The mobile home that is on the property will be moved prior to closing, it does not stay with the property.


The 30x45 horse barn has 4 stalls with clay floors and a concrete wash bay with drain.  There is a tack/feed room with concrete floor and a small loft above the tack room.  This barn opens into a horse pasture too.  There is electric and water plumbed for the horse barn.  Right outside the horse barn is a nice large chicken coop.
